Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love what you buy!

  • Faulty or damaged items: Contact us, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Sale items: Sorry, these can’t be refunded.

  • Exchanges: Only for defective or damaged items.

  • Return shipping: Usually on you, unless it’s our mistake.

Shipping

From our studio to your hands—safely and lovingly.

  • Methods: Australia Post or StarTrack/Toll, depending on size.

  • Delivery: 1–7 business days (sometimes a little longer depending on your location).

  • Care: Couriers may add staples/tape; remove carefully. Damage while unpacking cannot be refunded.

  • Tracking: You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.


Privacy

Your info is safe with us.

  • We collect: Name, email, phone, shipping/payment info, and any info needed for sessions or workshops.

  • We use it: To process orders, confirm bookings, communicate with you, and improve your experience.
