Creative Wellbeing & Art Therapy

Reconnect with yourself through somatic and symbolic exploration. By tuning into body sensations and using intuitive art mediums, we create space for emotions, stories, and personal clarity to unfold naturally.

  • Private 1:1 Sessions: Process emotions, build resilience, and gain clarity in a safe space. (5-week blocks available at a 10% discount).

  • Families & Couples: Creative approaches to deepen communication, understanding, and connection through shared artistic exploration.

Art therapy sessions are offered at the same standard tuition rates as our creative workshops.

Creative Workshops & Group Sessions

Fun, hands-on, and inspiring sessions designed for all ages and skill levels. Available in your home, my home studio, outdoors, or mobile to your location. All materials are included.

Creative Mediums & Classes:

  • Sculptural & 3D Arts: Clay sculpting, Mosaics, and Wire art

  • Wearable Arts: Jewellery making (Brooches, Beading, and Wire/Stitching)

  • Painting & Drawing: Watercolour, Ink, Acrylics, Sketching, Charcoal, Spray Paint, Pens/Markers, Collage, and Mixed Media

Group Formats:

  • Friends & Families: Small group workshops for 2 to 10 participants.

  • Community & Special Events: Birthday parties, team-building, and collaborative community projects. (Custom pricing available for groups over 10).
